guided art‑making, and relaxed conversations.
Curated art experience designed for boutique hotels, cafés, cultural spaces, retreats, and private events.
ABOUT
Color & Conversations brings live painting by artist Jeff Bruzdzinski together with hands‑on art‑making and relaxed conversation. Each session offers guests a calm, creative experience that feels personal, memorable, and worth sharing.
The project is currently rooted in Galicia, where the pace, culture, and sense of community shape the way each experience unfolds. My focus is on collaborating with local hotels and venues and welcoming both residents and international visitors into these creative moments.
Conversational English is woven naturally into the experience, especially appealing for non‑English speakers and international guests, but the focus remains on art, presence, and connection.

Jeff Bruzdzinski
Artist. New York-born, Galicia-based.
Jeff Bruzdzinski is an American illustrator, painter, and visual communicator living in Brion, Spain. His work blends watercolor, and mixed media into layered, emotional compositions that provoke curiosity and reward slow looking.
Alongside his studio practice, Jeff, founder of Color & Conversations, he creates immersive art & English experiences for locals, travelers, and boutique venues across Galicia, bringing together creative exploration, conversation, and cultural connection.
Art is Risky. Generous. Provocative.
Art as conversation. English as experience. Jeff makes work that trusts those impulses, and invites you to explore and do the same.

My Creative Philosophy - Artwork that makes you look twice.
Working primarily in watercolor, and mixed media, I push familiar techniques into unfamiliar territory, letting chance, layered gesture, and deliberate mark making collide. Some pieces begin as delicate washes that whisper; others arrive as bold, saturated fields that demand attention. Across scales and surfaces I pursue a single aim: to translate emotion into form and color so that an idea becomes something you feel in your chest.
My process is investigative and responsive. I test pigments, collage fragments of memory, and rework passages until the composition answers back. The resulting images are part map, part experiment, narratives held together by rhythm, contrast, and weight.
I want my work to provoke questions rather than provide answers: to invite a double take, a long look, and, finally, a personal conversation between viewer and piece. My hope is the same: that the work nudges you to see, to feel, and to risk looking twice.
Teaching Style
I teach approachable and experiemental techniques that help beginners and returning painters create expressive, travel‑ready artworks. I design experiences that highlight Galicia’s landscapes and cultural rhythms while keeping logistics simple for guests and hosts.
I make marks with force and care, pouring, dripping, and splashing watercolor across the page to answer the energy of a place. I steer the flow by tilting and gently manoeuvring the board so washes run, collide, and settle into unexpected textures. The work is a constant negotiation between color and stroke, space and form; accidental blooms and splatters are welcomed as honest traces of nature’s irregularity. Each piece is a record of a location felt and translated, intended to evoke a deep sense of place.
Stop overthinking. Embrace chance. Make landscapes that look and feel like you, raw, atmospheric, and alive.
